By scoring a brilliant century in the tri-series match against Sri Lanka-A, Gaikwad not only put the team in a strong position, but also equaled a big record of two legendary batsmen of Indian cricket and former head coach of the Indian team Rahul Dravid and current head coach Gautam Gambhir.
