Including spinach in the diet provides relief from many diseases like blood deficiency, anemia, diabetes and also helps in improving eyesight. So let us know how to make spinach chaat.

Ingredients to make Palak Chaat

1 cup gram flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery
2 cups water
a pinch of turmeric
4 table spoons of curd
7-8 spinach leaves
a pinch of black salt
a pinch of cumin
a pinch of red chili powder
2 tsp onion
2 tsp tomato
1 green chilli
2 tsp tamarind chutney
2 tsp mint chutney
1 tsp boondi
1 tsp pomegranate
1 tsp sev

To make spinach chaat, first take a cup of gram flour in a bowl, add salt, celery and water to it. Beat it well and make a smooth batter. If needed you can add more water. Add a pinch of turmeric and mix again.

Now take spinach leaves, put them in the gram flour solution, cover them completely with the gram flour solution. And deep fry them in a pan. Place the fried crispy spinach leaves in a plate and pour curd on it. Now add all the spices and chutney over it and garnish. 6. Black salt, cumin, red chilli powder, onion, tomato. Add green chillies, tamarind chutney and mint chutney. You can add spices as per your taste. 7.Finally garnish with boondi, pomegranate and sev.
