Sonu Sood gets relief from Bombay High Court, instructions not to take any action till January 13


Mumbai. Bollywood actor Sonu Sood was issued notice by Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). The BMC had issued this notice to Sonu Sood for allegedly making illegal changes without permission in their residential building. After this, the actor turned to the Bombay High Court. Now, by giving huge relief to Sonu in the case from Bombay High Court, instructions have been issued not to take any action till January 13.

The BMC notice was challenged by Sonu Sood in the Bombay High Court. On which he got a big relief from the court. Sonu Sood said in the petition that he has not done any illegal or unauthorized construction in his six-storey Shaktisagar building. Only changes have taken place in the building. Whose permission is under Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (MRTP) Act. Sonu Sood was issued a notice from BMC on 6 October 2020. In which it was said that Sonu Sood has converted the residential building into a hotel without permission. There was also a demand to register an FIR in this regard.
