SP angry again due to camera being switched off at EVM site in Kanpur, matter reached SP chief Akhilesh Yadav

Kanpur. SP accused of creating ruckus at many places in Sisamau by-election yesterday got angry again on Thursday. The reason was the closure of CCTV cameras of that important place where EVMs have been kept for counting of votes in Galla Mandi. Samajwadi Party people created a lot of noise regarding this. This information has also been conveyed to Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav.

The administration attributed the closure of CCTV to a technical fault related to the internet server. Although later the CCTV cameras were activated, still the Samajwadi Party people are calling it a conspiracy to help the Bharatiya Janata Party win the vote counting dishonestly. Perhaps this is the reason why Samajwadi Party people are camping at Galla Mandi, the counting venue. Counting of votes is to be done here on 23rd November. For which the administration has finalized all the preparations. According to the information, after the Sisamau by-election the atmosphere heated up on Thursday morning also. The CCTV of Galla Mandi where EVMs have been deposited was switched off. After this, the SPs talked to the District Magistrate and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav and created a ruckus.

After about one and a half hour of complaint and uproar

CCTV could be started. On the other hand, SP media cell shared the video of the closed CCTV. It was written on it that if the police could not stop the voters then now CCTV has been switched off. BJP now wants to play games with the Election Commission through EVMs. Let us inform that after voting for Sisamau by-election yesterday, EVMs have been kept sealed under tight security at Gallamandi counting place. To prevent any kind of disturbance, along with force, CCTVs have also been installed in Gallamandi. Its live telecast is also shown on a TV screen in front of the workers present there. So that no one can raise questions.

At present, SP is camping in Galla Mandi since last Wednesday night after the EVMs were collected. Giving information, the SP said that the CCTV cameras were switched off at 8 am on Thursday. After this, SP leader Arpit Yadav and other workers present there informed the ADM and DM about the matter, but when CCTV did not work even after this, information was given to SP candidate Naseem Solanki, SP MLA Amitabh Bajpai as well as SP chief Akhilesh Yadav. .
