Sriman cautions against overuse of fuel amid shortage concerns in India
There have been growing concerns of fuel and gas shortage in India stemming from volatility in international energy markets, which have been triggered by geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal has assured people not to panic over the situation. Meanwhile, actor Sriman appeared in video and gave consumers in India certain tips to help conserve fuel. The actor talked about his experience going to a petrol pump and said that it took him a long time to fill his vehicle. He said that many people are filling up their vehicles with growing concerns of an imminent fuel shortage in the country.
The actor advised against filling up vehicles to full capacity out of the aforementioned concerns, suggesting that the commodity is essential for everyone and not for some. “Not everyone can fill up the full tank,” he said before suggesting conservation methods, keeping in mind the high population in the country. “There is high population in our place. It is not right to think that we should get everything,” the actor added.
