The Indian stock market is open in the green zone today i.e. Friday 27th September. Yesterday also the market had closed with a gain of 666 points. Nifty and Sensex reached all-time high. Today the Sensex opened with a gain of 57 points at 85,893. Nifty is also trading at 26,240, up 30 points.

Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 17 are rising and 13 are declining. Out of 50 stocks of Nifty, 23 are rising and 27 are declining. Talking about NSE’s sectoral index, IT sector shares have seen the maximum growth.

The biggest gainers in Nifty were LTI Mindtree by 2.85 per cent, Tech Mahindra by 2.75 per cent, Infosys by 2.65 per cent, Wipro by 2.40 per cent and Hindalco by 2.28 per cent. The maximum decline was seen in Power Grid by 2.18 percent, Larsen & Toubro by 1.65 percent, Bharti Airtel by 1.57 percent, ONGC by 1.32 percent and Tata Consumers by 0.74 percent.

Market made all time high on Thursday also

Earlier yesterday i.e. on 26th September, the stock market had made all time high for the 7th consecutive day. Sensex touched 85,930 and Nifty touched 26,250. After the day’s trading, the Sensex closed at 85,836, up 666 points or 0.78%.

Nifty also closed at 26,216, up 211 points or 0.81%. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 26 rose and 4 declined. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 41 rose and 9 declined.
