These remedies are not a cure for heartburn, they can only help relieve some of the discomfort. We would advise that if the problem is serious, you should definitely seek medical attention.

1. Apple cider vinegar
Ingredients- Apple cider vinegar two to three spoons, honey (optional) two to three drops, water one fourth cup

How to consume
Mix all the ingredients and drink half an hour before meals to relieve stomach irritation.

How is it beneficial?
Consuming this solution 30 minutes before meals relieves stomach irritation by increasing stomach acid and helps in faster digestion of food. It can provide some relief from stomach irritation.

2. Lemon juice
Ingredients – One teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, one glass of lukewarm water

How to consume-
Drink lemon juice mixed with water.

Stomach ulcers can also cause inflammation of the stomach. In such a situation, consumption of lemon juice can be beneficial to some extent in this problem. In fact, lemon has an anti-ulcer effect, which can reduce the risk of stomach irritation by showing some positive effect in case of ulcers.

3. Aloe vera juice
Ingredients- Aloe vera juice cup

How is it beneficial?
Take half a cup of aloe vera juice 30 minutes before meals.

Aloe vera gel contains a compound called anthraquinones, which have laxative (natural stomach cleansing properties). Not only can it increase the amount of water in your intestines, but it can also increase water secretion and ease bowel movements.

4. Milk
Ingredients – A glass of milk chilled

How is it beneficial?
You can drink a glass of cold milk after your afternoon meal to treat stomach irritation.
