Chennai, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday warned those who continue to criticize about Tamil culture. He said that those who say that Tamil culture will end, are wrong.
Rahul Gandhi was in Avaniapuram in Madurai where he came to see Jallikattu, a traditional game organized during the harvest festival of Pongal.
In a brief speech at the venue, Rahul Gandhi said that he had come to deliver a message to those who say that Tamil culture will end.

He said that seeing Tamil culture and history is a lovely experience. He commended the Jallikattu organizers for organizing the event in an orderly manner so that the game takes place safely.
He said that he has received a lot of love and affection from the people of Tamil Nadu. Tamil history and culture will be protected and he came to know about it.
He greeted people by saying Happy Pongal.
Tamil Nadu Congress Committee President K.S. Alagiri and DMK Youth Wing Secretary Udayanidhi Stalin also watched the Jallikattu program with Rahul Gandhi.
