Desk : A jump of 2 Mbps was recorded in the 4G downloading speed of the telecom company Reliance Jio. In this way Jio has again managed to become India’s number-1 smartphone company. According to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) data for the month of April, Jio’s average 4G download speed has been 23.1 Mbps. Jio’s average 4G downloading speed was 21.1mbps in the month of March.
Decreased speed of Vi : According to the report, the 4G download speed of Vi (Vodafone-Idea) has registered a decline for the second consecutive month. Where Vodafone-Idea’s downloading speed was 18.4mbps in February, which has dropped to 17.7mbps in April. With Vi, the speed of state-run telecom company BSNL has come down to 5.9mbps. Airtel’s download speed has increased from 1.3mbps to 13.7mbps in March. Which has increased to 14.1mbps in April. Whereas in February the downloading speed was 15mbps.
Download Speed : Jio’s 4G download speed in the month of April is 9mbps as compared to Airtel, which is 5.4mbps higher than that of VI India. Reliance Jio has consistently occupied the first number in terms of 4G download speed for the last several years. While Vodafone-Idea is at number two. Whereas Bharti Airtel has secured the third position.
What is the uploading speed? , In terms of uploading speed, with 8.2mbps, the VI is top notch in average 4G upload speed. Reliance Jio grabbed the second spot with an upload speed of 7.6 Mbps. Reliance Jio was the only company whose uploading speed increased. There is no change in the upload speed of VI and Airtel as compared to last month. The uploading speed of BSNL has come down to 5mbps. Like downloads, Bharti Airtel also ranks third in terms of average 4G uploading speed. The company’s average uploading speed in the month of April has been recorded at 6.1mbps.
