On Lyca Productions’ official YouTube channel, Jason Sanjay made an announcement regarding his debut starring a well-known actor in the lead role. While this project was set to begin production in 2023, it faced a year-long delay. Here is all we know about Jason Sanjay’s upcoming film.
About Jason Sanjay
Thalapathy Vijay’s son, Jason Sanjay was born on August 26, 2000. The soon-to-be director pursued a film production diploma at the Toronto Film School. Following this, Jason went on to complete his BA (Hons) in screenwriting in London until 2022. So far, Jason Sanjay has created a short 2023 film, Pull The Trigger.
Jason Sanjay’s upcoming film
Tentatively titled Jason Sanjay 1, the film promises to draw in a pan-Indian audience and present a fresh story to viewers. With Jason Sanjay as the director, the film will be starring Sundeep Kishan in the lead role while Thaman S is in charge of music composition. Although the announcement video teased that the film would begin production soon, the remaining cast and crew are yet to be announced.
However, the film is reportedly scheduled to go on the floors in January 2025. That’s right, as per reports, the pre-production work for the film has reportedly been completed and shooting is expected to start early in 2025. There are currently no details on the project’s genre or title. Additionally, if reports are to be believed, Jason Sanjay’s film might see actors such as Dhruv Vikran and Dulquer Salmaan in prominent roles.
