The police is interrogating Ladwa SDM reader Harjinder Singh, his father and sister in custody. Nothing has been said about this from the Haryana Police but the IG of the Punjab Police has confirmed it.

Punjab Police IG Dr. Sukhchain Singh Gill said – Baljit Kaur has been taken into custody in a joint operation with Haryana Police. On questioning him, it was learned that on the night of March 19, Amritpal stayed at his house.

Amritpal’s companion Pappalpreet and Baljeet Kaur had known each other for two and a half years. They used to come here earlier also. Police has got CCTV footage from there. In which Amritpal was carrying an umbrella, but his stature is clearly recognizable.

According to Haryana Police sources, Khalistan supporter Amritpal stayed in Shahabad’s Siddharth Colony from March 19 to 21.

STF Haryana and Punjab police had reached Shahabad to nab it as soon as it got a clue, but before that Amritpal had escaped from here. No one should doubt, so Amritpal stayed here in a house under construction.

At present, the Special Task Force of Haryana Police is interrogating SDM Reader Harjinder Singh, his sister Baljeet Kaur and father. DC Shantanu Sharma said that he cannot say anything in this matter right now. The police is investigating the case.
