How to do Nataraja Asana

Stand straight on the mat.

Keeping the balance of the body on the left leg, bend the right leg from the knee and bend it like a back. Now hold the toe or ankle of the right foot with the right hand.

Slowly raise the legs as high as possible.

Keep your left hand in front and if the balance is not working, then take the support of the wall with the left hand.

You have to repeat the same process with the other leg.
