Material
200 grams cashews
200 grams almonds
100 grams walnuts
100 grams pistachios
50 grams raisins
50 grams figs
50 grams grated coconut
50 grams pumpkin seeds
50 grams sunflower seeds
50 grams watermelon seeds
50 grams white sesame seeds
50 grams poppy seeds
400 grams dates (with seeds removed)
a bowl of desi ghee
Preparation
Cut all the dry fruits into small pieces and keep them separately.
Chop the figs finely.
Do not cut the raisins.

Clean the dates thoroughly and remove their seeds and hard parts.
Leave all the seeds as they are, there is no need to cut them.

Let one tablespoon of desi ghee heat in a deep bottomed pan.
After the ghee is heated, add almonds to it and keep stirring well.
After the light color turns dark, add cashew nuts to it.
One minute after adding cashews, add pistachios and fry all the ingredients on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Finally add walnuts and fry.
Now take out all this mixture in a plate.
second phase
Let the pan cool slightly.
Now add half spoon of ghee in it and when it gets hot, add raisins and figs and fry.
As soon as the raisins start swelling a little, understand that the figs and raisins have been roasted.
Now let the pan cool down a bit after the gas is generated.
third step
Put one spoon of ghee in the pan and after it gets hot, add all the seeds and fry them, also add poppy seeds, white sesame seeds and grated coconut.
Cook this mixture slowly on low flame.
fourth step
Now comes the most healthy and magical thing, which when mixed will give amazing sweetness to the laddus. And this sweetness will not harm you at all, instead it will give you a lot of strength.
Heat 1 spoon ghee in a pan and add finely chopped deseeded dates to it and fry it well.
These beautiful and powerful dates work to provide grip and sweetness to the laddus. If you wish, after roasting them, when they cool down, put them in a mixer and make a thick paste, so that the laddus retain their grip.

Now mix all the ingredients together and press gently to shape them into laddus.
