Ingredients for making instant green chilli pickle-
-250 grams chopped green chilies -2 tbsp fenugreek -2 tbsp mustard seeds -2 tbsp fennel seeds -2 tbsp whole coriander -2 tsp cumin seeds -1 tbsp salt 1/2 tsp turmeric powder -2 tbsp mango powder – 1/2 cup warm mustard oil – black salt as per taste

Method for making instant green chilli pickle-
To make instant green chilli pickle, first wash the green chillies and clean the water thoroughly. After this, make an incision in the middle of the green chili and cut it into pieces. After this, put fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, whole coriander in a pan on medium flame and dry roast them for 1-2 minutes. Now put this dry roast spice in a mixer and grind it coarsely. After this, add chopped green chilies, ground spices, turmeric powder, black salt, plain salt and mango powder in a plate and mix everything well. Now finally pour hot mustard oil on the chillies kept in the plate and once again mix the chillies well with the spices. Your tasty instant green chilli pickle is ready. You can also store it in a glass bottle and store it for a few days.
