The 4 percent increase in toll tax has been approved in the meeting. The new rates will be applicable from October 1. Earlier in March 2022, toll tax on Delhi-Agra Yamuna Expressway was increased. Last time there was an increase of 12 percent. After the implementation of the new rates, i.e. from October 1, car toll tax from Greater Noida to Agra will be Rs 295 instead of Rs 270. At the same time, the toll of buses has been increased from Rs 895 to Rs 935 and that of over-sized vehicles has been increased from Rs 1760 to Rs 1835.
