Paneer: 250 grams
Onion: 1 (chopped)
Green chilli: 4 (chopped)
Capsicum: 1 (chopped)
Green Onions: 2 (chopped)
Ginger Garlic: (minced)
Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Flour: 50 grams
Corn flour: 2 teaspoons
Chili Sauce: 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder (Black Pepper): 1/2 tsp
Oil – 50 grams
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala/Saji Masala (Garam Masala) – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:-
1 First of all, mix flour, corn flour, chilli and salt in a bowl and make a fine paste.
2. Now add cheese, mix and leave for some time.
3. Then take some oil in a pan and fry the Paneer Tikki in it.
4. Then take it out in a vessel
5. Then fry ginger, garlic, onion, chilli and capsicum in the same oil.
6. After frying for some time, add soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and fry.
7. Then add some water to it and add the remaining cheese gravy and cook for some time.
8. Then add cheese and cook for a while
9. Then turn off the gas and add green onions on top
10. The director burns your cheese and chilli like it costs crores and gives him hot money.
