Vijay Kumar had come to Turkey on a business tour.
The first earthquake, which occurred near Gaziantep near the Syrian border, was measured at 7.8 on the Richter scale. The second tremor came nine hours later and measured 7.6 on the Richter scale. This powerful earthquake has caused havoc in both Turkey and Syria.
