Benfica prepares for Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid

With this league win behind them, Benfica will now shift focus to their upcoming Champions League fixture against Atletico Madrid on Oct. 2.

The team also has a domestic match against Nacional in the Portuguese league on the horizon. Gil Vicente, after suffering this defeat and remaining with 7 points, will next face Estrela.
