UP: Burned man alive by tying him to tree


Bareilly A shocking incident has emerged from the Shishgarh area of ​​Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh. Here, a 45-year-old man was tied to barbed wire and set on fire with regard to old enmity.

The news of the burnt corpse of Dharampal came on Saturday night and an FIR was lodged against two people on Sunday late evening.

Rajkumar Bhardwaj, Station House Officer (SHO) of Shishgarh said, “Our forensic team has collected samples and has started investigation. The evidence found so far suggests that the man was forcibly tied to a tree and set on fire.

The result of the post-mortem conducted on Sunday found that the man died as a shock to experience the painful wound of burns before dying. This means that Dharampal was alive at the time when he was set on fire.


The deceased’s brother Bhishanlal said that Dharampal was kidnapped and murdered.

He said, after eating food on Friday night, he went to sleep and after that remained missing for a few hours. His burnt body was found about 800 meters from the house. His feet did not have slippers.

His brother Mangal Dev said, his body was tied tightly to the tree. He was brutally murdered.

Dharampal’s daughter has blamed neighbors for the murder.

Bareilly SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan said, Dharampal’s death is still a mystery. His family still has not filed any complaint. We have asked his family to file a complaint in writing. The note left by Dharampal is also unclear. The two people whose names are included in the note are their neighbors, who are being interrogated for custody.
