However, this feature will be available for certain categories.
Let us tell you that generally the transaction limit is Rs 1 lakh, while for transactions related to capital markets, savings, insurance and foreign inward remittances the limit is Rs 2 lakh per day.

A circular issued by NPCI on August 24, 2024, said that it may be possible to increase the per transaction limit in UPI for certain categories for payments up to Rs 5 lakh in a single transaction from Monday, September 16, 2024. .
