A complaint has been filed against former US President Barack Obama in the court of Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. Gyan Prakash Shukla, National President of All India Rural Bar Association has filed a complaint in Lalganj civil court. This complaint is related to Obama’s book. It will be heard on December 1.
Gyan Prakash Shukla said that former President Barack Obama has defied the Indian electoral system by making unsolicited statements against Rahul Gandhi and Manmohan Singh and has also questioned the system of constitution with regulatory bodies like Election Commission.
Gyan Prakash Shukla, national president of All India Rural Bar Association, said that what Barack Obama has said about Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi is humiliating and an attack on the sovereignty of the country. There are lakhs of supporters of these leaders who have been hurt, if they get on the road then chaos can arise, so a complaint should be filed against Obama.
Gyan Prakash Shukla said that a criminal case should be filed against the former US President, otherwise I will go on a fast unto death outside the US Embassy as part of the democratic process. He said that I complained in Lalganj Kotwali also, but no action was taken.
