Important decision of Judge Stearns

This decision of Judge Stearns has come after 6 months when Washington D.C. A federal judge had given his decision in favor of the Trump government. That old case was filed by the US Chamber of Commerce in which it was said that Parliament had given the authority to impose fees. But that decision came long before the Supreme Court’s key tariff decision in February, which ultimately influenced the Stearns decision.

This special visa program allows American companies to temporarily hire highly skilled foreign workers.
