Mumbai, January Actor Vicky Kaushal on Monday announced a new superhero film with Aditya Dhar, director of his Uri: The Surgical Strike, on the second anniversary of the 2019 film Uri. The actor also shared some posters of the new film titled The Emotional Ashwatthama, along with the announcement.
He captioned the poster and wrote, “I am overwhelmed”. On the second anniversary of the film Uri the Surgical Strike, the team brings to you the first glimpse of Ashwatthama. Can’t wait to start the journey soon with this amazing team.

Uri: Surgical strikes are a film based on a covert army campaign against a group of terrorists who attacked a base in Uri, Kashmir in 2016, where many soldiers were martyred.
The film won four National Film Awards, including Best Background Music Award, Best Sound Design, Best Actor Award (Vicky) and Best Direction Award.
