Volodymyr Zelensky arrives in Estonia, issues including increasing pressure on Russia will be discussed

Tallin. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Estonia on Tuesday. He will attend the summit of leaders of Nordic and Baltic countries here and meet Estonian counterpart Alar Karis. Estonian government broadcaster ERR gave this information. This conference is being organized in Tallin, the capital of Estonia. Currently, Estonia chairs the NB8 group. The NB8 includes five Nordic and three Baltic countries. Zelensky has also attended the conference along with the Prime Ministers of these countries.

  • Zelensky and his wife Olena Zelenska have also reached Estonia. The Estonian Foreign Ministry made a welcoming post on the social media platform ‘X’. This visit is taking place at a time when tension in the area is increasing due to Ukrainian drone attacks. Several Ukrainian drones have accidentally arrived in the region over the past few months. At the same time, Ukraine has intensified attacks on the Baltic Sea ports from where Russia exports oil. Ukraine wants these attacks to cause economic loss to Russia and increase pressure on it to end the war.
