Greater Noida, The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) will stop the sale of flats by freezing the bank accounts of builders who remain absent in the review meeting of canceled real estate projects. This decision has been taken in view of the absence of builders in the meetings.
According to UP RERA Secretary Rajesh Kumar Tyagi, strict action will be taken against those who are continuously absent in the review meeting of the builder authority. Bank accounts of absentee builders will soon be sealed.
He also informed that the sale of the project and flats will also be banned. Simultaneously, registration of new projects of these builders can also be banned and this order will be strictly followed.
RERA has also made a list of such builders. These include Rudraksh Developers Pvt Ltd Lucknow, Skynet Infraventures Pvt Ltd Prayagraj, SNG Developers Ltd Firozabad, SNG Developers Ltd Firozabad, Vaibhav Vision Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd Varanasi, Aakar Housing Developers Varanasi, Aastha Infra Projects Mathura, Anand Ashiana Kanpur etc.
