Watch: Rani Mukerji Returns After IIFA 2024 And Clicks Selfies With Her Fans At Mumbai Airport

The 2024 IIFA Awards saw the best in Bollywood getting honoured at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi last night. The event was a star-studded affair with some of the biggest names in Bollywood gracing the show with their presence. Among them was Rani Mukerji who won the award in the Performance in a Leading Role (Female) for her role in Mrs. Chatterjee vs. Norway. After the event, the actor was snapped in the Mumbai airport today.

In a video shared by a paparazzo, Rani Mukerji is seen interacting with her fans at the Mumbai airport. The actor opted for a casual look as she wore a white t-shirt and loose jeans. She had paired the t-shirt with a white shirt that she left open and a pair of sneakers. She tied her hair up in a loose bun and wore sunglasses. She was seen posing with her fans and clicking selfies.

At the 2024 IIFA Awards, Mukerji turned heads in a mint green saree by Sabyasachi. While the saree was plain, she paired it with a polka dot blouse in the same colour. She finished off her look with pearl jewellery and had her tied up in a retro Bollywood look. She stole the show when she joined Shah Rukh Khan on stage and the actor helped her with her saree. The moment reminded fans of their iconic chemistry in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

The three-day IIFA celebration kickstarted on September 27 with the IIFA Utsavam which was dedicated to the South Indian film industry – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The celebration will conclude on September 29 with IIFA Rocks where singers like Honey Singh, Shilpa Rao, and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy among others will perform live for the audience in Abu Dhabi.
