Erica Jennings, a US-based content creator shares her weight loss journey on a regular basis on her social media page. Her Instagram bio reads as ‘Hormone Health and Fat Loss’. Most of her stories are based on her weight loss transformation highlighting the importance of hormone health. She came from 75 kgs to 62 kgs.
In a post dated November 11, she shared a reel where she shared, it is captioned, “easiest ways to lose weight is to get rid of the inflammation on the face and regulate your hormones…”
