Lohardaga: Akshita Khatri (13 years), daughter of Ravindra Kumar Khatri and Tulika Khatri, residents of Upper Bazaar of Lohardaga, has brought glory to Jharkhand by performing brilliantly in the final round of the National Horse Riding Competition. The family, society and people of the district are feeling proud with Akshita's selection in the Under-16 category.
In the “National Qualifier Endurance 40 Km” competition organized by the Equestrian Federation of India in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, Akshita achieved her place in the national competition by performing brilliantly.
Akshita, who is a student of Torian World School, Lohardaga, has made everyone proud with her achievement. Her father Ravindra Kumar Khatri told that since childhood, Akshita was interested in sports as well as studies and is very hardworking. He said, “I and my family are very happy with this achievement of our daughter.”
People from every section of the society congratulated Akshita on her success and wished her a bright future. Those who congratulated include Kavi Khatri, Sanjay Khatri, Rohan Shyam, Dinesh Aggarwal, Umar Shah, RK Sinha, Purushottam Tiwari, Sandeep Kumar, Rajesh Aggarwal, Deepak Kumar and Sanjay Kumar Singh etc.
