It is very important to exercise in the summer season and for this, exercising early in the morning or in the evening is considered best. If you want to exercise in the morning, then you are advised to exercise between 5 to 8 am and if you want to exercise in the evening, you can exercise after 7 pm.

- There is strong sunlight between 11 am and 4 pm during the day and do not exercise during this time and if you have to exercise then do exercise indoors only.

- If you feel dizziness, headache or any other type of discomfort during exercise, stop exercising immediately and contact a doctor.
- Wear loose clothes while exercising, for which you are advised to wear cotton clothes which absorb sweat quickly and there will be air flow through the clothes.
