Disease of sleeplessness:
Staying healthy in a busy and stressful life has become a challenge. In today’s era, a person has so much tension about work or other things that he is not able to sleep properly. Generally, it is necessary for every healthy person to get 7-8 hours of sleep, but our sleep system has changed. Sometimes we sleep for four hours and sometimes we sleep for 10-12 hours, which has a clear effect on our health.
Nowadays people are suffering from the disease of sleeplessness, due to which they consume sleeping pills at night which has adverse effect on health. The problem of sleep syndrome is increasing in people. If you also do not sleep at night, then do not worry, we tell you some remedies, by adopting which you will get sleep as soon as you lie on the bed.
If you can’t sleep, then relax your muscles. Lie on the bed and take slow and long breaths through the nose, and rub your toes vigorously down towards the soles and then release the fingers. By doing this repeatedly, you will fall asleep immediately.
The soles of the feet are very helpful in getting you good sleep. If you do not sleep at night, then massage oil on the soles of your feet. Massaging on the soles will remove your fatigue as well as you will get good sleep.
If you are unable to sleep, then lie on the left side and close the right nostril of your nose with your finger and then inhale slowly through the left nostril. This will slowly make you fall asleep.
In case of sleeplessness, you can take the help of yoga. You can try Bhramari Pranayama or Shavasana. You will fall asleep immediately.
If you can’t sleep, then place the thumb of your hand between your eyebrows for 30 seconds and then remove it comfortably.
Doing this process two or three times will make you feel sleepy.
Track your sleep patterns for a week or two.
Don’t take naps during the day, you will fall asleep early in the evening.
Once you lie straight, blink your eyelids quickly. By doing this your eyes will get tired and you will fall asleep soon.
If you can’t sleep, think of what you did throughout the day in reverse order. By doing this, your brain will come to sleep and you will fall into a deep sleep immediately.
