For a healthy cake, you can try Banana Mug Cake. This healthy and tasty mug cake is ready in minutes. To make this, first mash half a banana well and put it in a mug. Mix 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. Mix it well. Now add 3 spoons whole grain flour to it and prepare a mixture. Microwave the cake for a minute and it is ready to be served. Garnish it with choco chips or sliced ​​banana and serve.

Chia Chocolate Pudding –

To make this healthy dessert, you will need 4 dates, 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp chia seeds and 3/4 cup almond milk. To make this, first take a blender jar.
