If you are fond of flavored yogurt then you can try this recipe. Blend 2 cups of blueberries to make a thick puree. Add 1/2 cup curd, 1 teaspoon chia seeds and 2 teaspoons honey to it. Mix it well, put in a bowl. Keep it in the fridge for an hour. You can also add blueberry pieces for more flavor. Once set, serve over delicious blueberry yogurt.
Custard is very easy to make and gets ready in no time. All you need is custard powder, milk and some fruits. To make this diet friendly custard, heat 2 cups of milk in a vessel. Meanwhile, dissolve 2 teaspoons of custard powder in 2 teaspoons of warm milk and make a batter. After the milk comes to a boil, add the custard mixture. Keep stirring to avoid lump formation. Cook it for 5 minutes or till the custard thickens slightly. Now add 2 tbsp honey, coconut sugar or jaggery powder to it. Lastly add some chopped fruits like apple, banana, mango and grapes. Mix it well and keep it in the fridge to cool down. Your custard is ready to serve when it cools down.
Banana Mug Cake –
For a healthy cake, you can try Banana Mug Cake. This healthy and tasty mug cake is ready in minutes. To make this, first mash half a banana well and put it in a mug. Mix 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tsp milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. Mix it well. Now add 3 spoons whole grain flour to it and prepare a mixture. Microwave the cake for a minute and it is ready to be served. Garnish it with choco chips or sliced banana and serve.
Chia Chocolate Pudding –
To make this healthy dessert, you will need 4 dates, 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp chia seeds and 3/4 cup almond milk. To make this, first take a blender jar. Add crushed dates, chia seeds, cocoa powder and almond milk. Make a smooth mixture. After this, pour it in two glasses or dessert bowls and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped nuts. Your Chia Chocolate Pudding is ready to be served.
