Health News Update :- A teacher has been arrested for sexually assaulting girls at a school without their knowledge. Another teacher discovered this through 'Good Touch, Bad Touch' awareness. The incident took place in a primary school in Lalitpur district of Uttar Pradesh. There a teacher asked the students of class 1 to class 3, 'What is good touch?' What is bad touch? He has explained it. While explaining rude touching, the teacher asked the students, 'Has anyone ever touched you like this? he asked.
Then all the students pointed towards another teacher present nearby. Shocked by this, the teacher called the students separately and interrogated them and found out that the accused teacher had been sexually harassing the girls for a long time without their knowledge. When this information spread like wildfire, parents of many children surrounded the nearby police station and protested demanding the immediate arrest of the teacher. After this the police registered a case against the teacher and arrested him.
Police said that investigation is being done in this matter. While it is being emphasized that children should be made aware about good touch and bad touch from a young age, the issue of sexual harassment of girls has become a topic of conversation.
