Method : Soak soybean dal overnight and urad dal in water for one hour in the morning. Mix both the pulses and grind them with some water. Put the paste in a bowl, add chopped onion and green chilli and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Make small balls of the mixture and deep fry in oil or cook in idli maker with little oil. After cooking, absorb their oil with tissue paper. Beat curd in a bowl and keep them in it for some time. Mix one curd each in a plate and serve it with green coriander and salt and spices as per taste.
