A new technological revolution for India: PM Modi dedicated 3 supercomputers!

Today India is progressing rapidly in the field of technology. Today the country has achieved a big achievement in this direction. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today dedicated a supercomputer to the country. This supercomputer has been named 'Param Rudra'. It is a computer but it is completely different from a normal computer. PM Modi inaugurated these 3 supercomputers through video conferencing this evening.

These 3 Param Rudra supercomputers received by the country are going to be very helpful in environment, climate and many other areas. A supercomputer works thousands of times faster than a normal computer. You can estimate the power and performance of these three supercomputers given to the country by the fact that the work which a normal computer can do in 500 years, can be done by this Param Rudra supercomputer in minutes.

Param Rudra will work for thousands of computers

Let us tell you that this Param Rudra supercomputer can process such a large amount of data simultaneously that even many normal computers cannot do it simultaneously. These supercomputers are generally used in scientific and research work. Apart from this, they are also used to obtain information about astronomical events and natural phenomena.

New supercomputers will be installed at these places

Let us tell you that the 3 Param Rudra supercomputers dedicated to India by Prime Minister Narendra Modi have been built at a total cost of Rs 130 crore. These computers will be installed in Pune, Delhi and Kolkata. The Param Rudra computer will be used to service the Meter Radio Telescope (GMRT) in Pune. In this, studies will be done on detecting astronomical events. The second Param Rudra computer will be used at the Inter University Accelerator Center in Delhi for data acquisition in the areas of materials science and nuclear physics.
