India, China complete withdrawal of troops from LAC in eastern Ladakh
Health News Update :- The withdrawal of Indian-Chinese troops from Debsang and Demsak areas of Eastern Ladakh border was completed yesterday. On the occasion of Diwali, Chinese soldiers are giving sweets to Indian soldiers today. In 2017, the Chinese army was engaged in road construction in the Doklam Valley area on the India-China border. The Indian Army stopped it. Then the dispute started again between the two parties. After that, in 2020, 20 Indian soldiers were killed in a clash between two sides in Kalwan Valley. This incident created a rift in India-China relations.
To solve this problem, several rounds of talks were held by high military officers and diplomatic officials for the last 4 years. India announced on the 21st that it has been decided to withdraw troops from both sides from the Debsang and Damsak areas of the eastern Ladakh border and resume patrolling. After this, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Modi met at the BRICS conference held in Russia and held bilateral talks. In this, Prime Minister Modi emphasized that India and China should work with mutual trust, mutual respect and respecting each other's feelings.
As announced earlier, troops of India and China completed their withdrawal from the eastern Ladakh border areas of Debsang and Demchok yesterday. The tents installed here were removed. The Indian Army was busy investigating this yesterday. Armies from both sides will patrol the area till the end of this month. Chinese soldiers distribute sweets to Indian soldiers today on the occasion of Diwali.
In this regard, Chinese Ambassador to India Zhu Feigang said in an interview in Kolkata yesterday, a very important meeting was held between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Modi during the BRICS summit held in Russia last week. Both the leaders have reached an important consensus. Those understandings will be guidelines for progress between the two countries. These unanimous guidelines will smoothen and develop our relations in future.
