Mumbai: Warning of terrorist attack in Mumbai, ban imposed at these places

According to police sources, security has been increased at all religious places and crowded places in Mumbai after the intelligence agency issued an alert. Mock drills will be conducted for police personnel at all heavily crowded places in Mumbai. Besides, DCPs will pay special attention to security arrangements in their respective zones.

Notice to increase security at religious places

The central agency has alerted Mumbai Police about the terrorist attack. Mumbai Police has become alert and is making strict security arrangements. In view of this, the police will keep a special watch on public and religious places. Strict arrangements are being made by the police regarding this. Police said that they have received instructions to conduct mock drills in crowded places and religious places. All the DCPs of the city are paying special attention to their zones.

An official said that the police had organized a mock drill in the market area last Friday. This is a very crowded area. There are also two major religious places at this place. Regarding the security drill, the police officially said that it was a security drill. However, no information has been given as to why such a practice is suddenly being done.

Mock drill is being conducted keeping the assembly elections in mind
