New Delhi: The situation in Bangladesh is once again deteriorating. Rioters are engaging in violence in various places, and security forces have been deployed throughout the country. A mob in Bangladesh brutally beat a Hindu man to death, an incident that has drawn condemnation worldwide. Taking the lynching incident seriously, the police have so far arrested 10 people.
Interim government chief advisor Muhammad Yunus has issued a statement saying that those responsible for the lynching will not be spared. The incident occurred on Thursday in the Baluka area of Mymensingh district. 25-year-old Deepu Chandra Das, who worked in a garment factory, was beaten to death by a mob on charges of alleged blasphemy.

He further added that the RAB and police conducted operations in various locations to arrest these individuals. The arrested suspects are reportedly between 19 and 46 years old.
The mob also hanged and burnt the body.
Police reported that the mob first chased and beat the Hindu man, Deepu Chandra Das, outside the factory on charges of alleged blasphemy. The mob then hanged the man from a tree. Later, the mob left the body near the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway. Shortly thereafter, some people set the body on fire, a horrific act that crossed all limits of humanity.
