PM said, BJP is committed to remove the historical discrimination faced by Jammu. In the last ten years, Jammu has got big institutions like IIT, IIM and AIIMS. New roads are also being constructed in Kathua and Kandi area of ​​Samba district.

Lashing out at Congress, he said, Congress can never respect the soldiers who died for the country. It is this Congress which made our military families yearn for One Rank, One Pension for 4 decades. Congress lied to our soldiers. He used to say that One Rank, One Pension will put a burden on the treasury but Modi has not put the treasury ahead of the interests of military families. Modi said, BJP has announced Tiklal Tuplo scheme for the rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits. We have also promised to increase the financial assistance provided to the displaced people along with their rehabilitation.
