New Delhi. Along with air pollution in Delhi, Yamuna water is highly polluted. Regarding this, BJP has expressed its opposition to the Aam Aadmi Party government of Delhi in a unique way. Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva today first took a dip in the polluted waters of Yamuna and then spread a red carpet and placed two chairs on the banks of Yamuna. Virendra Sachdeva challenged Delhi CM Atishi and former CM Arvind Kejriwal to come there and inspect the condition of the river.

Talking about this unique method of protest, BJP leader Sachdeva took a dig at Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister Atishi. He told that we have arranged for red carpet because the people who lived in Sheesh Mahal have got used to red carpet because they are 'royal' people. Along with this, we have arranged for two chairs because this tradition has been started by the new Chief Minister of Delhi Atishi herself, so if she comes, she will need two chairs.

The BJP leader said that he would feel good if Arvind Kejriwal comes. Although he is on bail, but if he comes, he should give account of Rs 8,500 crore given to him by the Central Government for cleaning Mother Yamuna. Sachdeva said that Atishi and his government are not trying to save Delhi but making it worse. In the last ten years, Delhi government has only done the work of looting. They ate the money received from the central government for development works. These are all just advertisers. They have nothing to do with the problems of the people of Delhi. The people of Delhi are fed up with the corruption of the Aam Aadmi Party government.
