SP banner describes Akhilesh Yadav as 'Shrikrishna' and Rahul Gandhi as 'Arjun'

New Delhi. Although politics and religion are completely different, politicians often do not desist from using the name of religion to shine their politics. But sometimes connecting politics with religion becomes too heavy and controversy arises over it. One such case has come to light from Varanasi, where in a banner of Samajwadi Party, Akhilesh Yadav has been shown in the role of Lord Shri Krishna and Rahul Gandhi in the role of Arjun. Controversy may arise over this banner which hurts people's religious sentiments.

Metropolitan spokesperson of Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha, Alok Saurabh Pandey has got this banner installed. Alok is an advocate in Varanasi court. On one side of this banner, there is a big photo of Alok Saurabh and on the other side, Akhilesh Yadav riding in a chariot with four horses is shown as Shri Krishna and Rahul Gandhi as Arjun. Regarding this banner, Alok Saurabh Pandey says that our aim is to return the SP government to the Assembly in the 2027 assembly elections. The same kind of development that was seen in the state between 2012 to 2017 under the government of Akhilesh Yadav, the same kind of wave of development should come again in the state. This poster has been put up keeping in mind the goal of winning the elections in 2027 so that the exploited, deprived and Dalits develop and the youth do not have to worry about employment.

By the way, let us tell you that this is not the first time when such a banner or poster has been put up. Earlier, during the 2017 assembly elections, such posters were put up in Varanasi, the only difference was that in that poster, Akhilesh Yadav was shown as Arjun and Rahul Gandhi was shown as Lord Krishna.
