New Delhi. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has announced the new date of UP PCS Pre Exam. Now the examination will be conducted in two shifts on December 22. The exam time in the first shift has been kept from 9.30 am to 11.30 am. The exam will be held in the second shift from 2.30 to 4.30 pm. Earlier, PCS Pre exam was to be held on 7th and 8th December which was canceled yesterday due to the demand of students. The CM has also given instructions to postpone the examination of RO and ARO and form a committee to conduct the examination.

On the other hand, even after the government accepted the demand, thousands of students in Prayagraj are still standing for the fifth day and their protest is continuing. In fact, these protesting students say that the government accepted their demand regarding PCS examination but formed a committee regarding RO-ARO examination. Now this committee will submit its report after considering all the aspects. Then the new date of examination will be announced. The protesting students say that they will continue their agitation until a decision is taken regarding the RO-ARO examination.

RO-ARO exam was scheduled on 22nd and 23rd December. Students demand that it should also be conducted in one day like PCS Pre. Let us tell you that yesterday itself, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, taking cognizance of the demands of the protesting students, had directed the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission to take whatever decision is possible in their interest through talks with the students. After this, an order was issued to conduct the PCS pre-exam in one day instead of two days and to postpone the RO-ARO examination for the time being.
