After this, LG Saxena said that I can say with confidence that the new CM of Delhi is a thousand times better than his predecessor. By this the LG was pointing towards Arvind Kejriwal. Saying this, LG turned back to look at Atishi sitting on the stage.

During this, LG told the girl students about four responsibilities. VK Saxena said that as you progress in life, you will have four responsibilities which are very important to fulfill well. LG said that the first responsibility is towards oneself, the second responsibility is towards one's parents and family, the third responsibility is towards the society and nation building, while the fourth responsibility is to prove oneself as a woman who can contribute to the society. Crossing the wall of gender discrimination and standing in step with others in different fields.
