New Delhi. The Hindu Sena president, who filed a case in the court claiming that there is a Shiva temple in the Dargah of Ajmer's famous Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, has been threatened with death. Vishnu Gupta has filed a case regarding threat to kill in Delhi's Barakhamba Road police station. According to Vishnu Gupta, he was threatened by a phone call from Canada. The person who threatened said that you have made a big mistake by doing the Ajmer Dargah case. Then the person who threatened Vishnu Gupta said that he would be beheaded. On this threat, Vishnu Gupta has said that he is working under the law and he is not afraid of such threats. We will take back our temples from the court.

Vishnu Gupta has filed an application in the court claiming that the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer was built by demolishing the Sankat Mochan Mahadev Temple. For this he has also cited a book etc. in the court. Vishnu Gupta has appealed for permission to start worshiping again in the Dargah of Ajmer. The court has accepted Vishnu Gupta's petition for hearing. In the case related to Ajmer Dargah, the court has issued notice to ASI, Dargah Committee and Ministry of Minority Affairs asking them to give their reply on Vishnu Gupta's claim. At the same time, the Dargah Committee says that it has been wrongly stated in the petition that the Dargah of Ajmer was built in place of a temple. For now, it remains to be seen on the next date what will be the stand of the court.

Earlier, lawyers from the Hindu side had filed petitions in different courts declaring Gyanvapi Mosque in Varanasi, Bhojshala in Dhar in Madhya Pradesh and Jama Masjid in Sambhal in UP as temples. Of these, ASI survey of Gyanvapi Masjid and Bhojshala has also been done on the orders of the court. The case of Shahi Idgah Mosque and Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi located in Mathura, UP is also being heard in the court. The Hindu side hopes that the courts will give verdicts in their favor at all these places.
