Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has directed creation of three new departments, action plan to provide jobs and employment to 1 crore youth prepared.

New Delhi. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has prepared an action plan to fulfill his promise of providing jobs and employment to 1 crore youth of the state in the next five years. The NDA government of Bihar is going to create three new departments for this. CM Nitish Kumar has directed to create Youth, Employment and Skill Development Department, Higher Education Department and Civil Aviation Department. The Chief Minister has shared information in this regard through his social media post.

CM Nitish Kumar wrote, we have set a target of providing jobs and employment to 1 crore youth in the next 5 years (2025-30). For this, it is necessary that more and more youth in the state should be trained for skill development and quality higher and technical education should be made available to the youth. Besides, intensive monitoring should also be done to achieve the target. The creation of three new departments will go a long way in providing jobs and employment to more and more youth in the state.

– Through the Department of Youth, Employment and Skills, it has been decided to provide employment to a large number of youth through various schemes in the next 5 years to provide entrepreneurship opportunities.

The objective of creation of Higher Education Department is to improve the quality of higher education, promote research and innovation, develop technical and vocational education and ensure that youth from all sections of the society can get quality employment-oriented education.

– Many new airports are being constructed in the state and in future, construction of many big and small new airports is proposed under the UDAN scheme. Creation of a separate civil aviation department in the state will accelerate this, enhance the industrial environment, create new employment opportunities and help in the export of products manufactured in the state.

Decision to create Directorate of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Bihar Marketing Promotion Corporation also

The Chief Minister said that apart from this, it has also been decided to create Directorate of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Bihar Marketing Promotion Corporation, so that the target of providing government jobs and employment to the youth can be easily achieved. By forming Directorate of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Mega Skill Center will be established in every district for skill development of youth related to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises so that the youth of the state can get maximum job/employment opportunities.

Also, with the creation of Bihar Marketing Promotion Corporation, the availability, quality and distribution system of products like agriculture, animal husbandry, horticulture and food processing as well as handicrafts, rural industries, small and cottage industries in the state will be strengthened and employment opportunities will be available to a large number of youth. Nitish Kumar said, the government is continuously working for the happy future of the youth of the state. The state government is committed to providing government jobs and employment to more and more youth. We are determined to ensure that the youth of Bihar become efficient and self-reliant, they get new employment opportunities and their future is secure.
