The Union Home Ministry can give instructions under Section 303 not to take any prisoner out of his current jail. Actually, such a decision is taken keeping in mind public safety and law and order. Generally such an order is issued when there is any threat to the life of the prisoner. Earlier, such order was also applicable for Anmol Bishnoi’s elder brother and gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi. Lawrence Bishnoi has been lodged in Gujarat’s Sabarmati jail for a long time.

Let us tell you that gangster Anmol Bishnoi was brought to India on November 19, after which he was produced in Patiala House Court of Delhi. The court first sent him on 11-day NIA remand and later extended his custody for 7 more days. Today his appearance took place through video conferencing. Lawrence and Anmol Bishnoi have multiple cases registered against them for murder, kidnapping, intimidation and incidents of violence, many of which are high profile cases. Anmol Bishnoi is an accused in the NCP leader Baba Siddiqui murder case, Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala murder case and the firing case at actor Salman Khan’s house. Lawrence Gang’s links are connected to foreign countries and NIA is trying to penetrate the entire network of this gang.
