Meteorological department has issued a cold wave warning from north to south India, know in which states there will be dense fog?


New Delhi. In the next few days, severe cold may be seen in large parts of the country. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of snowfall in high altitude areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Apart from this, a western disturbance has also become active. Due to which there are chances of rain at many places. The Meteorological Department predicts that apart from the hilly states and North India, severe cold wave will be seen in the interior areas of Karnataka, Telangana, Odisha and Chhattisgarh. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for this cold wave. The special thing is that the states of South India are also affected by this cold wave.

The Meteorological Department has said that there may be dense fog in eastern and western UP till December 16. Orange alert of dense fog has been issued in UP. The Meteorological Department has said that there are chances of dense fog in Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Delhi till December 16. According to the Meteorological Department, dense fog may occur in northeastern Assam and Meghalaya till December 16, while in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura till December 18. According to the Meteorological Department, the temperature may increase by up to 2 degrees in North-Western India i.e. Delhi, Punjab and Haryana.

Amidst this warning from the Meteorological Department, air pollution has become very high in Delhi. Grape-4 has been implemented in Delhi due to AQI being above 400. In which offices and schools are run in hybrid mode. Apart from this, all construction work has been stopped. There has been severe pollution in Delhi and surrounding areas for a long time. Due to this, people are also suffering from respiratory diseases. Many measures have been taken to prevent pollution in Delhi, but due to lack of strong wind, it does not seem possible to remove pollution at present.
