New Delhi. Recently the issue of smoking e-cigarette was raised in Parliament. Now BJP IT Cell Chief Amit Malviya has released the video of Kirti Azad alleging that the TMC MP was smoking e-cigarette in the Lok Sabha. Newsroom Post does not confirm Kirti Azad smoking e-cigarette in this video. However, Amit Malviya has said that the TMC MP whom BJP MP Anurag Thakur accused of vaping (smoking e-cigarette) inside the Parliament is none other than Kirti Azad. The BJP leader said that rules and regulations clearly do not matter to people like Kirti Azad.

The BJP leader has posted on Instagram accusing Kirti Azad and written that just think, how much courage she has, she had hidden an e-cigarette in her palm while living in the House. Amit Malviya has written that it is possible that smoking may not be illegal, but its use in Parliament is not at all acceptable. The BJP leader has demanded from West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee to clarify on this wrong behavior of her MP Kirti Azad. Recently, Anurag Thakur had complained to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla that TMC MPs were smoking e-cigarettes in the House itself. Anurag Thakur had said that e-cigarettes are banned in the country.

Anurag Thakur had asked the Lok Sabha Speaker whether he has given permission to smoke cigarettes in Parliament. After the issue was raised by Anurag Thakur, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla had said that he will investigate which MP is smoking in the House. Om Birla had also talked about action after this. Now BJP has released a video alleging that TMC MP in Lok Sabha Kirti Azad was smoking e-cigarette. In such a situation, it remains to be seen what will be the next step of Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla? However, TMC is not saying anything in this matter yet.
