“Maha Jungle Raj” in West Bengal, the government is busy with cuts and commissions, PM Narendra Modi said, targeting the TMC.
New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today virtually addressed the rally organized at Ranaghat in Nadia, West Bengal. Actually, due to bad weather, PM’s helicopter could not land at Taherpur helipad and he had to return back to Kolkata. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, only last month, Bihar has again given a strong mandate to the NDA government for development. After the victory in Bihar, I had said one thing that Ganga ji reaches Bengal only after flowing through Bihar, so Bihar has also paved the way for BJP’s victory in Bengal. Bihar has unanimously rejected ‘Jungle Raj’. Even after 20 years, BJP-NDA have been given more seats than before. Now we need freedom from the ‘Maha Jungle Raj’ that is going on in West Bengal.

Modi said, Bengal and the Bengali language have continuously enriched the history and culture of India. ‘Vande Mataram’ is one such excellent contribution. The entire country is celebrating 150 years of ‘Vande Mataram’. Recently the Parliament of India sang the glory of Vande Mataram. The land of West Bengal is the land of the immortal song of Vande Mataram. The Prime Minister said, I am requesting the enlightened people of West Bengal with folded hands, please give BJP a chance. Once we form a double engine government of BJP here, see how fast we develop Bengal. Accusing the TSC without naming him, the PM said, unfortunately today instead of ‘Go Back Infiltrators’, slogans of ‘Go Back Modi’ are being raised and they become silent for the infiltrators.

Taking aim at the Trinamool Congress government of West Bengal, Narendra Modi said, there is a government here which is engaged only in cuts and commissions. Development projects worth thousands of crores of rupees are still stuck. I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart that TMC has to oppose Modi, it should do it a thousand times, TMC should oppose BJP with full force but I am not able to understand why the development of West Bengal is being stopped. I say again and again that you may oppose Modi but do not make the people of Bengal unhappy, do not deprive them of their rights, do not commit the sin of shattering their dreams.

Giving the example of Tripura, the Prime Minister said that communists, red flag people and leftists ruined Tripura for 30 years. When the people of Tripura gave us an opportunity, we worked as per their dreams. Bengal also got freedom from the red flag people, there was hope that something good would happen after the departure of the Left. But TMC absorbed all the evils of the Left and those bad people, that is why the evils increased manifold. The result of this is that Tripura is growing at a fast pace and Bengal is getting destroyed at a fast pace due to TMC.
Ranaghat, West Bengal: PM Narendra Modi says, “Look at Tripura—Communists, those with red flags, and leftists ruined Tripura for 30 years. When the people of Tripura gave us a chance, we worked to fulfill their dreams. Bengal was freed from the red flag, and we hoped for… pic.twitter.com/qcrVM2IXm2
