Before 2017, chanting “Jai Shri Ram” was met with lathi charge. Yogi Adityanath told former governments in Ayodhya that chanting “Jai Shri Ram” was met with lathi charge. In Ayodhya, Yogi Adityanath reprimanded previous governments.

New Delhi. UP CM Yogi Adityanath attended the celebration program of the second anniversary of Shri Ramlala Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya. During this, while addressing the program, Yogi praised the previous governments of Uttar Pradesh. CM said, previous governments had done the work of bleeding Ayodhya. The people who bled Ayodhya, where there were never any conflicts, under whose rule there was an attempt to bleed Ayodhya by carrying out terrorist attacks, but where by the grace of Lord Shri Ram and Bajrangbali himself was protecting the place, ‘Ghosts and vampires should not come near, when Mahavir recites the name’, then how could any terrorist enter here. As soon as the terrorists had the audacity in 2005, our PAC soldiers killed them on the spot.

Ayodhya gives a message and to take that message forward, there is no follower of Sanatan Dharma in the country or the world who does not want to be overwhelmed by visiting Ayodhya. More than 45 crore devotees have come to Ayodhya Dham in the last 5 years. Where earlier people used to come in lakhs, remember before 2017 there was no electricity, no water, no sanitation, no roads, no connectivity, no facilities. There was no security arrangement and if someone chanted Jai Shri Ram, he was definitely lathicharged and arrests were made. Today, if you go in the country, say Ram-Ram, say Jai Shri Ram and now the scheme of the Government of India has also come in the name of ‘Ji Ram Ji’ which is going to be the biggest employment scheme of the Government of India. Yogi Adityanath said that Ayodhya has seen many phases of the temple movement. Due to their selfishness, religious passion and appeasement of power, some people had made Ayodhya a hub of unrest and conflict.
