New Delhi. The dispute over the rights over the property of late businessman Sanjay Kapoor is increasing. Sanjay’s mother Rani Kapoor has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court making serious allegations against her daughter-in-law Priya Sachdev Kapoor. Rani Kapoor said in her petition that the RK Trust (Rani Kapoor Trust) created in her name should be declared invalid because fraud has been committed in it. He has also accused 8 other people including his daughter-in-law Priya of fraud. This petition can be heard in the court tomorrow.

Rani Kapoor has appealed to the court to grant a permanent stay on the RK Family Trust to prevent it from being used in any way and to direct it to provide the details of the bank accounts of the RK Family Trust since its formation till now. Rani Kapoor is the matriarch of the family and she also referred to the will of her late husband Surinder Kapoor in which all the shares of various companies related to the family and ownership of movable and immovable properties were handed over to her. Let us tell you that before Priya Sachdev Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor had married actress Karisma Kapoor. Sanjay and Karishma have two children, a son and a daughter.

After Sanjay’s death, a petition is pending in the court from Karisma Kapoor against Priya Sachdev demanding share in his children’s property. Recently, Priya Sachdeva has filed a defamation case against Sanjay Kapoor’s sister and her sister-in-law Mandhira Kapoor. Priya has alleged that Mandhira Kapoor has uploaded and circulated such videos and posts on social media platforms Instagram, Twitter, YouTube to harm her reputation.
